Course Description
The U Visa subset of immigration law involves numerous challenges when seeking a successful resolution for your client. Join Immigration Attorney Henry Moellring for an examination of the factors involved in each U Visa application as well as recent policy changes as of the summer of 2021.
Presenter Bio
Henry Moellring is a Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic staff attorney focusing on immigration law and policy. In his practice, Henry has assisted individual clients from numerous countries around the world. He is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association. He graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
Audience
This CLE is open to attorneys, law students, and paralegals interested in an introductory-level course on immigration law. We will report attendance for Indiana-licensed attorneys shortly after the event; others may choose to self-report credit.
