Webinar: U Visa Advanced Topics | 1 CLE

Course Description:

After a cursory overview of the U Visa petition and its process, we will discuss some of the current obstacles facing our U Visa petitioners: fee waiver applications, increases in Requests for Evidence, denied petitions resulting in the issuance of Notices to Appear, and other common scenarios facing our U Visa clients today.

This is a live, online webinar and not an in-person CLE. A link to the LIVE webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the event date. Unfortunately, this CLE will not be available in person or in a recorded format.
