The Immigrant and Victim Justice CLE Seminar aims to equip attorneys with the knowledge and skills to assist pro bono immigrant clients with a variety of case types. This CLE will cover the following topics: Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Refugees, Asylum, U-Visas, Protective Orders, the Violence Against Women Act, and Ethical Issues When Dealing with Immigrant Clients.
