This in-person CLE* presented by Project GRACE of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic will cover all the basics of expungement law and driver’s license law. It will include topics such as: (1) requirements for expunging dismissed charges, not-guilty charges, and guilty charges; (2) how to draft and file an expungement petition and a proposed order; (3) expungement law-procedure; (4) expungement hearings; (5) tips on practicing expungement law; (6) reinstating driver’s licenses; (7) waiving driver’s license reinstatement fees; and (8) obtaining specialized driving privileges.

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided.
