DID YOU KNOW that Low-Income Taxpayer Clinics (LITCs) can help you with your tax controversies for free?

Taxpayers with income below 250% of the federal poverty level who have disputes with the IRS may be able to qualify for FREE legal help from Low-Income Taxpayer Clinics. These LITCs are located all over the country. Indiana has two Clinics, Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic in Indianapolis and Indiana Legal Services in Bloomington. These Clinics both serve residents all over the State of Indiana.

If you owe money to the IRS and don’t know how you are going to pay it, please call us. If the IRS says you owe money but you don’t agree, please call us.  If you get a letter from the IRS that you don’t understand, please call us. We can help with audits, appeals, tax court cases, collection alternatives, and many other tax matters.
