We Have Exciting News!

After much careful and prayerful consideration, it is our great pleasure to announce the appointment of our new executive director: Amy Horton! Last autumn, our board of directors formed a search committee tasked with finding an experienced leader familiar with legal systems and possessing strong nonprofit management skills to advance the work of Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic. Amy Horton is that leader.

Amy originally hails from Fort Wayne, receiving her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and serving most recently as the Conexus Vice President of Talent for Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. She will step into her role with the Legal Clinic on April 6.

We are eager to begin this new season with Amy. We also wish to express our gratitude to Chase Haller, who has faithfully served as our interim executive director since November 2019 and who will again resume his role as a staff attorney.

Despite the uncertain times we all currently face, we are thrilled to share such good news with you. And we look forward to sharing more opportunities to get to know Amy and to connect with the Legal Clinic in the coming months. Our work of serving this community continues on and we are confident that the Lord has brought us the right leader at the right time.
