June Highlights

This June, we released our most recent episode of our Courting Justice podcast on Community Development Corporations. And Executive Director Chris Purnell shared his thoughts on the difficulties and necessity of building a community of trust. 

On June 20th, we celebrated World Refugee Day and our Director of Immigrant Services Rachel Van Tyle wrote a special message to our readers in honor of that day. Also, after receiving many questions about the difference between asylees, refugees, and the processes for both, we released a statement on our Facebook page to help clarify some of the confusion regarding these topics.
