A Special Message from Our Community Partner, Northview Church
Northview Church is proud to stand alongside Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic in their efforts to fight for justice for the vulnerable so that all may flourish. In a world where the gap between those that are vulnerable and those that are secure continues to widen, we see the work of the Clinic as a critical bridge for the local church to live out our mandate to do justice. Through their compassionate staff and volunteers, they are on the front lines providing expertise in legal services for those that are stuck in broken cycles and systems.
We celebrate the stories of courage and determination from our neighbors that are navigating these tough situations. What impresses us most about the Clinic is their desire to learn the stories of those they serve through relational engagement. As our partnership has deepened over the last few years, it has become evident to us that they consider those that they serve as part of their family.
We believe that one of the most attractive elements of our Christian faith is our call to fight injustice. To a world struggling to find hope, the message that our faith drives us to action on behalf of the vulnerable is a testimony to God’s desire to meet us in our brokenness. The Clinic, therefore, is leading the way in providing a powerful witness to our neighborhoods and communities of God’s faithfulness.
For all of these reasons, we are excited to support the Clinic at their Justice For All Gala on October 18. And we hope and pray that you will choose to support their important work as well.
