Course Description
This CLE webinar will provide an overview of the various immigration case types we see at the Clinic. This training will cover topics such as DACA, Family Reunification, Asylum, Naturalization, Status Adjustments, SIJS, the U Visa, and the Violence Against Women Act.

Presenter Bio
Director of Immigrant Services Rachel Van Tyle, a native of Indianapolis, has served as a staff attorney for the Immigrant Justice Program at the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic since 2012. She attended Xavier University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts. From there, she attended Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating with her J.D. in 2011. Admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, her practice is focused on immigration, with a strong passion for refugees. She assists hundreds of refugees and other immigrants on a yearly basis with status adjustments, family reunification, deferred action, and asylum applications.
